Pre-cut the deck covering sheet.

Install the rudder

Prepare the removable ballast,
clean and trim.

Trim the permanent ballast to fit.

Prepare and assemble the radio rack.

Complete all rack wiring as an
assembly.

Build and fit the compression
strut tower.

Fit and install the radio rack
fittings to the strut.

Mark and drill the radio rack base
screw in the ballast.

Glue in the primary ballast.
-
Moisture protect the strut and
install the sheet line rub rod.
-
Glue in the strut.
-
Prepare and install the sheet line
guide blocks mounts as an assembly.

Prepare and install the forward
king plank section.
-
The hatch liner is installed.
-
Cutout the "V" at the hilt of the
rudder fairing. Fit the seating of the rudder to the fairing and the shoe.
Trim for rudder throw.

Prepare the rudder servo mount and
fit to rudder shaft and sleeve through it.
-
Create the extension of the rudder
fairing into the hull.
-
Install the rudder shoe.
-
Install the rudder and pour the in
hull sleeve support.

Install the rudder servo mount and
servo.
-
Install rib 76
-
Install the aft king plank
sections.
-
Install the rudder compartment
hatch liner.
-
Fair sand the structure so
sheeting will form to the sheer.

Complete the wiring loom and install
all electronics.

Organize and secure the wiring
looms.
-
Install the sheet line and bungee
systems.
-
Sheet cover the deck.
-
Cutout and trim the hatch covers.
-
Trim and sand the excess deck
cover.
-
Build the hatch covers and install
the sill on the hatch liners.
-
Sand and remove the rudder and
shoe for painting.
